Posting photos in comment to existing topic

Has the capability of posting photos in a comment to an existing topic gone away forever? I noted while making a comment a few minutes ago that the option of adding a photo was no longer offered.

Pictures: I think I figured it out
The instance of not seeing the ability to attach a photo to a comment was a comment to your recent blog post rather that a regular forum topic post. It would appear that this is a special case that does not have photos in comment enabled.

What else is missing?
This is missing, too. Just the blade. Not the handle. How do these things disappear?
Please add your own pictures of missing items. We will all scratch our heads in puzzlement, but will be pleased to see that photo posting is back.

Contact Me If You Need To Post Photos
If you or others have problems with photos, feel free to contact me. I have a paid photo host and can put them there and put them into a post. I can also clean them up and resize them if needed.
